Reservations are only considered confirmed upon confirmation by the Hotel via written or electronic means. Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information and making payments during the booking process.
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.
All room rates are listed in VND and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods. The hotel reserves the right to hold or deduct funds from the provided payment card, subject to the terms of the reservation.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the room rate and booking channel. In the event of a no-show, a fee will be charged as stated in the booking confirmation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hue City.
